The Springboks rallied to secure a 31-27 Rugby Championship victory over the All Blacks in a thrilling Rugby Championship Test at Ellis Park on Saturday.
The All Blacks led 27-17 with about 12 minutes remaining before two late tries by the Springboks saw them claim an epic come-from-behind win.

The powerful Springbok driving maul proved the impetus for their comeback win as they used this to great effect in the final minutes of the game.
The All Blacks eventually capitulated under the pressure, conceding 14 penalties to South Africa's five.

New Zealand scored four tries though Codie Taylor, a brace from Caleb Clarke, and Jordie Barrett to secure a try-scoring bonus point. They also bagged a bonus point for losing by fewer than seven points.
Bok warhorse Pieter-Steph du Toit, who played at lock and flank, secured the Player of the Match accolade.
